Description
As the QA Associate II you will ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements; this includes assisting with the setting of QA tarAs the Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the President/CEO, as well as the Business Development and Operations team thereby enhancing office operations and procedures. You will assist Office Services in the planning, organizing and execution of company-wide events, to include all employee meetings, holiday parties, summer outings, and employee events; coordinate company wide travel arrangements and logistics for all meetings, conferences, and tradeshows; arrange catering for client visit luncheons for Business Development and/or Corporate Administration; assist Business Development with coordination of marketing materials to include giveaways, brochures and samples reports; track & process client leads, client disclosure agreements, proposals and contracts using client resource management software; prepare correspondence, spreadsheets and presentations utilizing Microsoft Office Suite; and coordinate and distribute annual holiday gifts and cards to clients.
Qualified candidates will possess a high school diploma or general education degree (GED). Some clerical experience desired, not required. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint a must. Must possess a customer service demeanor; must demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, teamwork, keen attention to detail, the ability to plan and organize and to multi-task.
