SynCoder includes both AutoCoder, which can perform batch coding of terms with a simple match in a selected terminology, as well as OnLineCoder, which is an interactive module for assigning codes to more complex terms. SynCoder utilizes MedDRA terminology for coding adverse events, and WHODrug for coding concomitant medications. COSTART can even be utilized when necessary for legacy data.
