SynCapture™ is a software solution that allows for a clinical study to be performed using three modes of entry: paper, fax, and electronic. For one study, a mode of entry can be assigned to each site within the study, depending upon the qualifications and preference of each site. This allows for better handling of site logistics when setting up a study. Hypothetically, within the same trial, a site without an Internet connection can use paper or fax CRFs, while a site with computers and an Internet connection could use electronic (web-based) data entry.
