We are confident that these most recent leadership additions will further enhance our teams as they continue to provide excellent service to our customer.

Heather Davis
Our Executive Director of the U.S. Project Management organization, Heather Davis, brings more than 20 years of project management and clinical operations experience to the Synteract team. Heather oversees the U.S. Project Management team and works closely with counterparts in Europe to ensure seamless delivery to our customers. Prior to joining Synteract, Heather served as Vice President of Project Management for the oncology division at Novella Clinical.

Zia Haque
Zia Haque has joined us as Executive Director, Clinical Data Management. A seasoned veteran in the clinical data management field, Zia brings more than 20 years of in-depth, progressive experience in building and leading global teams and implementing process improvements in the CRO industry, working in the areas of global clinical data management, client relationship management, proposal and business development support. Before joining the Synteract team, Zia was the Global Head of Data Management, Real World & Late Phase Research at QuintilesIMS.

Dr. John Whitaker
As the Executive Director for Biostatistics, Dr. John Whitaker is responsible for leading the Biostatistics team in tight coordination with other functional groups to ensure we meet or exceed client expectations. As a former statistical consultant, John provided regulatory support, data analysis and statistical programming, protocol design and data quality review.
