Synteract provides all services required for a clinical trial. However, with the increasing complexity of clinical trials, Synteract works with specialized vendors to provide non-core services as needed. For example, when labs or imaging are required, or when services are required in a country where Synteract may not have a presence, we work with carefully selected and vetted partners.
Synteract utilizes a robust, risk-based process with a stringent evaluation methodology to select all vendors. Once approved, the Synteract project manager will integrate the approved vendor partners into the project team and will oversee all vendor activities ensuring alignment with quality and performance, thus resulting in seamless delivery for our customers. For preferred partners we work with most frequently, governance structures are established to enable consistent, efficient communication. The governance team also defines the strategy for the partnership and reviews performance of the vendor at a corporate level, using KPIs and other metrics agreed upon in the Master Vendor Agreement and in compliance with ICH E6(R2).
